What do you check during an inspection?
Every inspection covers interior and exterior — doors, windows, locks, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, appliances, roof (visible), lanai, pool area, and any areas of concern you flag for us. You receive a full photo report after every visit.
How will I know what was found?
After every visit we send you a detailed photo report documenting what we checked and anything we found. If there’s an urgent issue, we call you immediately.
