We recommend setting up a storm services plan at the start of hurricane season (June 1) — or ideally before you leave for the summer if you're a seasonal resident. Having a plan in place means we can act immediately when a storm is forecasted.

Pre-storm prep includes securing or storing outdoor furniture and decor, closing hurricane shutters if you have them, checking that drains are clear, storing loose items that could become projectiles, and doing a full property check before the storm arrives.

We inspect your property as soon as it's safe to access, document any damage with detailed photos, remove debris from the yard and pool area, and contact you immediately with a full report. If repairs are needed, we coordinate with trusted vendors on your behalf.
